Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for working with the vendor partners and internal teams to design, recommend and deliver an IAM solution.
• Provide succinct and effective presentations to leadership
• Provide timely, concise, and situationally appropriate status on projects and engagements
• Gather information, build access profiles for job roles, and implement an automated process for updating/deleting accounts as job roles and employment status change.
• Responsible for provisioning of access (the process of creating, maintaining, and removing user accounts to various systems, ensuring the right level of access at the right time)

 

Skills and Experience Required:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in creating and maintaining an identity and access management program required.
• Extensive experience with Identity and Access Management technologies such as: SailPoint, BeyondTrust, etc
• Experience installing, configuring and customizing Identity manager, Access Manager and Directory Server
• Experience with SAML
• Experience with PowerShell, Pearl, Python and other various scripting tools
• Knowledge of Active directory and group policy concepts
• Ability to gather information, build role based access profiles and provisioning workflows to implement an automated process for updating/deleting accounts as job roles and employment status change.
• Firm understanding of various IT security concepts as they relate to production environments
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to provide succinct and effective presentations to leadership in regard to the progress of the IAM (Identity Access Management) and compliance program.
• Experience in the structured deployment of a technical IAM program for a company
• Basic of Hardware and networking (A+/N+) or equivalent knowledge a plus
