RPA Developer with AA and .Net

Location : Nashville TN

 

Must have 2 years exp with Automation Anywhere & .Net Development

Essential:

·         Must have minimum 2 years of hands-on experience on Automation Anywhere with programming languages like .Net, VB Script, C# and SQL with overall experience of a minimum of 7-10 years

·         Analyze business process and identifying automation opportunities and assess automation feasibility.

·         Analyzing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail where required

·         Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams (AS-IS and TO-BE)

·         Strong in design principles and modular programming techniques

·         Design solutions in Automation Anywhere in accordance with standard RPA design principles and conventions

·         Create and maintain technical solution documentation for the given user requirement

·         Hands on development experience in Automation Anywhere tool

·         Knowledge on external API integration with Automation Anywhere

·         Solve issues that arise in day to day running of automated processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required.

·         Identify and communicate the technical infrastructure requirements to deploy automation solutions

·         Ability to work collaboratively with global project teams, as well as on your own

·         Supporting the Operational teams during the UAT and rollout phases

·         Drive Agile ways of working in RPA implementation.

·         Ability to resolve issues through strong problem-solving skills: root cause analysis; engaging people from multiple business and IT teams where necessary.

·         Ability to lead a team of developers and testers and implement automation solutions independently

·         Extensive experience in Managing and Delivering RPA bots in both legacy and new age applications.

·         Ability to manage the bot Lifecyle using RDLC, perform code review, create value adds to the client to improve the process

 

Desirable (but not essential):

·         Contribute in knowledge management activities by creating case studies and domain artefacts

·         Knowledge in new gen technologies like AI, OCR, NLP and development experience is added advantage.

·         Work within project planning constraints, communicate any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and provide inputs to the change control process

·         Knowledge in MS-Access & Oracle databases
