SCOPE OF SERVICES:

This statement of work is for System Project Engineering Services function and provide intersystem Cache technical development support for the statewide immunization registry (Florida SHOTS) for the Division of Disease Control and Health Protection. Contractor will provide these services to the Florida Department of Health

 

SERVICE TASKS:

Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified:

·         Perform analysis of the software and hardware supporting the Florida SHOTS system as directed by the Department to ensure the system meets all written and planned expectations noted within Requisite Pro.

·         The contractor shall monitor performance logs and actively review system measurements. Declining system performance shall be reported to the director of Florida SHOTS within five minutes of discovery.

·         Method of reporting can be with email and verbal communication including telephone and the florid SHOTS Director's meeting, which is held daily.

·         Review quality assurance plans based on requirements within requisite Pro as directed by the Department.

·         Produce work estimates within Requisite Pro to implement user-defined requirements daily, as assigned by the Department.

·         Conduct Pilot projects and research into new technologies to support current processes and recommendations for the improvements to DOH integration processes, based on analysis and research of new technologies within Requisite Pro as directed by the Department.

·         Standardize collection and storage of DCHP shared data; profile, laboratory and provide tables as assigned by the Department.

·         In collaborating with Division of Disease Control and Health Protection (DCHP) information technology teams; document design and develop plans using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project or other software, to accomplish the Master Person Index project as assigned by the Department, Health Information Exchange (HIE).

·         All work completed during the reporting time is to be documented on a status report form which is provided by the Business Office.

·         The Contractor, its employees, subcontractors, and agents must comply always with all Department data security procedures and policies in the performance of this scope of work as specified in the Data Security and Confidentially document attached to the purchase order.

 

MANDATORY SKILLS:

·         10 years of experience using· Requ isite Pro, Clear Quest, and Clear Case.

·         10 years of experience in managing large scale IT Projects that include software analysis, design, and programming.

·         5 years of experience using Microsoft Project to track and maintain projects.

·         5 years of experience using Cache Server Pages.

·         5 years of experience using SQL.

·         5 years of experience using Crystal Reports.

·         5 years of experience with health applications.

·         5 years of experience using the Rational Unified Process in the development environment.
