- CRM Functional - SAP CRM (Certified).
- Project, Program & Portfolio Management
- Demand/Capacity management: Manage large pool of resources (On-site /Offshore) as part of Program Management
- Strategic Partnerships with Clients & Vendors
- Data Strategy & Management (Acquisition, Provision, Meta Data, MDM and monetize existing data assets including predictive models)
