Customer’s Office Technology Group is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer who has the right mix of technical skills with passion for managing the dynamics of a fast-paced environment. The candidate will be responsible to work with Business, DevOps, Backend and Architecture teams to successfully deliver complex cross-functional projects.

 

Responsibilities:

 

1. Collaborate with product management and fellow technologists to design, develop and deliver frictionless multi-channel experiences
2. Provide technical guidance and be a technical mentor to SCRUM team. Self-managing to come up with pre-sprint technical design and grooming activities
3. Drive user story analysis, elaboration and design. Thrives to ensure code quality is high with supporting unit test and automation, on time and on budget delivery
4. Drive low-level architecture and contributes to high-level architecture. Champion modular design, reuse, separation of concern, high cohesion and loose coupling
5. Employ industry best practices to deliver world-class solutions. Ensure developed solutions remain compliant with all applicable customer standards
6. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and how they can be applied to customer
7. Enable change, help accelerate innovation and ensure customer delight
8. Drive software development activities to meet schedules and timelines
9. Research problems discovered by QA or product support and develop solutions to the problems
10. Conduct unit testing and integration testing for functionality
11. Ensure that software standards and quality targets are met

 

Requirement:

1. Experience developing mission critical applications in agile environment
2. Possess excellent software architecture, design and problem-solving skills
3. Ability to work effectively with engineers, cross-functional teams and business partners to develop high-quality applications
4. 8+ years of experience working in salesforce.com with full lifecycle implementations
5. Experience in building custom applications using APEX, Lightning and UI related coding technologies
6. Experience with agile development methodologies and TDD
7. Experience with service, sales and marketing cloud implementation
8. Knowledge of DevOps tools such as CodeDeploy, Artifactory, SonarQube, Selenium, Jenkins, Ansible is highly desirable
9. 5+ years of experience with integrations third party applications
10. Familiarity with security concepts (authentication, authorization, encryption, digital signature), SSL, web service proxies, firewall, SAML 2.0, OpenId Connect, OAuth 2.0)

It is a huge plus if you have:

 

• Exposure to client-side technologies including JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Angular 2.0+, Protractor, Jasmine, Karma, JSON, REST, TypeScript, ES6, NPM, Bower, Gulp, Grunt, WebPack
• Exposure to server-side technologies including Java, J2EE, JBoss, SpringBoot, SpringMVC, JPA, Tomcat, REST, Hibernate
• Experience with Vlocity, ClaimFirst & BPM solutions like Pega
• Exposure to monitoring and logging techniques and tools such as CloudWatch, Nagios, Splunk and Dynatrace etc

 Note: Education Qualification: Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering
