Job Description:
· 5-8 years experience supporting/configuring SAP FICO ECC 6.0. We’re currently on EHP8.
· In depth knowledge of general accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and SAP general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, tax (US, Canada, MX), and banking.
· In depth knowledge of controlling modules including cost center accounting, Internal orders, product costing, profitability analysis (COPA), and profit center accounting.
· Experience working in Project Systems/WBS elements.
· Experience with bank integrations for outbound payments, EBS, payment medium workbench, etc. some treasury experience a plus but not required.
· Understanding and experience integrating FICO with other SAP modules like MM, SD, PM, and PP.
· Ability to document system changes, create business process diagrams, and training documents as needed.
· Experience with budgeting/forcasting/planning in CCA, PCA, COPA.
· Experience with SAP Business Warehouse (BW) along with tools like Business Objects Analysis would be helpful, but not required.
· Experience working in a IT service desk management tool such as Cherwell.
· Integration experience with third party tools would be helpful. We use many third party tools that fall under the finance umbrella and sometimes requires engagement with the third part to troubleshoot integration issues, it’s not required but helpful if any experience in any of the following applications: Readsoft, Planful, Concur, Sovos (Mexico Tax solution for CFDI requirements), Vertex and Blackline
