Job Title: .NET solution architect
Location: mahwah new jersey
Duration 6 Months +

• o Over 12+ years of experience with .NET solution architecture experience,  transaction processing, Microservices/ API design,  SQL/No SQL exposure,  Possibly Service Fabric experience
• o Microsoft TFS, CI/CD exposure,  Integration / Middleware exposure, Rule engines ( BPM /Drools and similar)
• o Great communication and stakeholder skills ( key expectation from Devi)
• Develop sales collateral and marketing materials. Work with sales teams in Bids/opportunities till formal closure. Periodic updates to presales, sales and relationship team. Periodic performance reviews with team and management. 
• Ensure sustenance of practices by effective governance. 
• Ensure compliance to internal tools. 
• Identify team¿s career plan and aspirations, groom leaders within the team to ensure continuity and scalability.
