• Engagement Delivery Lead Not Applicable
• Manages  Owns delivery management and delivery excellence by leading the design and customer requirements gathering validation and optimization in order to achieve customer satisfaction and increasing wallet share with the focus on quality cost and effective client engagement
• EDL Engagement Delivery Lead is a Service Line role However EDL roles are applicable also to MDUISG as part of delivery management
• Brings Client context from close delivery experience Lead delivery setup governance       
• Works closely with EDP and service line delivery team   
• Owns delivery management and delivery excellence by leading the design and customer requirements gathering validation and optimization Responsible to setup delivery and governance rigor and reviews operational metrics assess risk and drive mitigation plans review SoW  work orders4 Consults EDP at respective situations to better address delivery issues and resolves
• Escalates appropriately and ensures monthly submission of Margin forecasts
• Focuses on technology expertise and innovation to transform delivery and ensure delivery excellence6 Supports EDP 
• SBU Head on prospective opportunities as needed7 As main delivery lead responsible for monitoring and reporting of delivery commitments to client and ensuring committed Cost of Delivery
• CoD to Client  leadership8 Brings understanding of the client environment to identify and qualify addon and new opportunities
