Propelsys Technologies LLC is seeking a dedicated and professional US HR / Admin / Operations Executive (Female candidates preferred) to support our expanding operations in Hyderabad. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless HR, administrative, and operational excellence across the organization.

📍 Work Location: Madhapur, Hitech City, Hyderabad (Near Gowra Fountainhead Building)
🌙 Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST (US Night Shift)
💼 Professional Experience: 1–3 Years
⚡ Availability: Immediate Joining Preferred
🏢 Engagement Model: On-Site

Key Responsibilities

Prior experience in US Staffing is highly preferred
Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment and internal hiring processes
Oversee payroll, attendance tracking, and comprehensive HR operations
Ensure efficient office administration and compliance with organizational policies
Strengthen employee engagement, communication, and cross-functional coordination
Act as a strategic point of contact supporting internal teams and leadership

Important Notes: This role requires working the US night shift
Cab, food, and travel allowances will not be provided
