• Basically, they want solid React developers who can deploy to AWS. Years of Experience is not key, ACTUAL experience is key.
• 6 months, if doing well, will go up to 2 years
• Looking for UI/React developers who can pick up some of the Walmart work
• Should have some cloud experience with AWS (from deployment standpoint)
• Manager isn’t as worried about years experience as he is with solid REACT skills.
