Role : ATG Developer
Location : Orlando, FL
Duration: 12+ Months
Must Have Skills:
Ø ATG, Endeca, Weblogic, Oracle
Ø Job Roles / Responsibilities:
Ø Perform RCA and recommend changes for the issue tickets
Ø Code fix/enhancements based on RCAs
Ø Finalize the design recommendations
Ø Work with Company QA teams on testing cycles
Ø Assist with SOP maintenance for newly added or changed capabilities
Ø Provide expertise for P1 and P2 workarounds
Ø Perform RCA and recommend changes for the issue tickets
Ø Code fix/enhancements based on RCAs
Ø Finalize the design recommendations
Ø Work with Company QA teams on testing cycles
Ø Assist with SOP maintenance for newly added or changed capabilities
Ø Provide expertise for P1 and P2 workarounds
Ø Support production deployments, patches and releases
Ø Perform code and configuration changes for patch
Ø Perform peak load readiness activities for major marketing campaign events.
Ø Perform support for lower environments such as development and QA
Ø Receive transition for the new features released to production.
Ø Perform RCA for all P1 tickets and present RCA report to Company IT leadership team. If the IT leadership team does not agree with the RCA report or the corrective actions proposed by Vendor, Company will direct the Vendor team to perform further analysis and present the updated RCA report.
