PST Profiles Only

 

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support software development projects by gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing processes, and bridging communication between stakeholders and development teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), experience with requirement documentation, and familiarity with standard testing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals.
• Support testing processes, including creating test cases and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Analyze current workflows and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation and provide regular status updates.

Qualifications:

• Experience in business analysis within software development projects.
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Exposure to testing tools (e.g., JIRA, Selenium).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
