SAP Hybrid Commerce Consultant – Senior Architect
This opportunity is for a Digital Consultant in CX and process Digitization space
in a consulting arm of the $ 2.1bln Business Application Services unit of Wipro .
The consulting partner is responsible for
- Hands on SAP hybrids, PCM, WCMs and Data hub and related modules
- Help Seed and Generate downstream commerce business for Wipro.
- 14 years of overall experience with at least 5 years of consulting experience
The consultant will also be involved in engaging customers for
- Customer Journey Engineering
- Commerce Best practices consulting
- CXO level communication around Org Vision, Strategy and Roadmap
Consulting assignments based on Digital Customer Experience Practice
Themes across multiple lines of businesses,
- Bring SME level expertise in customer consulting engagements in Customer
Experience, user journey mapping
- Digital Transformation and Digital Customer Experience projects experience
- Customer Experience Transformation
- Commerce Strategy / Roadmap Definition
- DevOps and Cloud Adoption
- API based integration
