Must have:-

15-20 years’ experience in managing multi tower delivery

Client stakeholder management, client escalation management

Program and Project management

Delivery oversight, driving improvement in delivery processes, ensuring high quality

Ownership and drive

Drive continuous improvements

Strong communication skills

Pre-sales and support business development efforts

Preferably have Life Sciences experience
