JOB SUMMARY
HCM Solution Architect: Senior functional and technical adviser responsible for providing expert advice, guidance and QA for Functional solutioning and configurations, technical leadership for integrations and conversions
As the lead solution architect:
· Participate in design sessions to identify and ensure cross-module functionality and technical requirements are discussed. Example: department use across Core, Payroll, OTL etc.
· Review of all deliverables to ensure cross-functional implications are included
· Ensure design aligns with best practices
· As part of the PMO, provide leadership and input for detailed project plan
· Work with PM to resolve project issues, and manage timeline and quality delivered on the Project
· Support client and SMEs to complete tasks
Responsibility:
· Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility
· Participate in HCM data conversion and integrations
· Provide best practice and industry (Higher Education) specific solutions
· Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions
· Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed.
· Participate as a team member of the functional and technical teams
· Perform other duties as assigned
