We have urgent requirements  with our implementation for the below requirement.

 NOTE: C2C first 6 months and after that C2H with the client.

C2C is fine, If the candidate is on C2C, then you would have to provide the C2H subcontractor consent form signed by the employer.

Job Title	Tableau Reports Analyst
Visa	GC USC EAD
Location	Malvern, Pennsylvania
Duration	Long Term

C2C for 6 months after that C2H 

Must Have:

1) Enterprise-level experience in data presentation through various charts/models/dashboards for the financial industry. Develop, design, and manipulate data to develop interactive and impactful Tableau dashboards & analytics. Analytical mindset with good data storytelling skills.
2) Good investment acumen with an understanding of the data and the inter-relationships therein.
3) Excellent analytical skills to identify and visualize trends & insights using past and current data. Knowledge of data architecture, data modeling, data mapping, data analysis, and data visualization
4) Technical knowledge of Tableau Products, Tableau Server and integrations & extensions.
5) In-depth understanding of database systems, SQL, Business Intelligence, and data analytics. Proficiency in analytics and database querying tools with strong experience in Excel, querying languages, and ETL.

Nice to have:
1) AWS platform
2) Python
