Role:Sr. ERP Business Analyst

Duration:Long Term

Dover, DE  (hybrid)- 2 days onsite, 3 days from home.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Research software systems in order to understand existing functionalities and impact of potential changes 
• Captures business requirements and business process management 
• Translates business requirements to specific and complete functional requirements to be relied upon by designated project team 
• Collaborates with the project team and validate that all necessary requirements have been fulfilled 
• Play key role in Data Conversion & validation 
• Participate in System testing 
• Create and present reports to Project manager to support recommendations 

Qualifications 

• 5+ years’ experience in government IT projects as a business analyst or related duties with experience in EPR implementation.
• 3+ years’ experience documenting business rules/processes 
• Strong analytical skills 
• Ability to effectively communicate to project management, and team members 
• Experience and ability to obtain business rules and requirements information by interviewing business personnel and by regulations, and policy documents 
• Superb written and oral communications skills, including the ability to write requirements and Use Cases. 
• Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field. 

Preferred Skills and Experience: Tyler software experience is plus.
