Job Description	Lead Portal Developer Location – Remote Duration – 19 months Visa: GC USC EAD   Job description for IBM / HCL WebSphere Portal Dev Lead.   Primary Skillset:    5+ Years of Experience in IBM WebSphere Portal and HCL DX Portal    Migration Knowledge on WebSphere Portlet Application from 6.x to 9.x  Strong knowledge on JSF life cycle and HCL Portlet APIs (IBM Portal 2.0 API)  Strong Technical Experience on below o JSF 2.0 & 2.2  o XHTML, JSP  o JSR 286, JSR 168  o Ajax, Custom Libraries   Knowledge on Web Content Management (WCM)  Strong knowledge on IPC (Inter Portlet Communication)  Strong knowledge on My Faces Components  JavaScript – Integrated with Portlet development  Scriptlet Based Coding  Able to work in fast paced high integration teams  Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills  Experience in designing new systems by analysing requirements, studying legacy product and system capabilities  Cloud based deployment, docker image installations - Optional   Competences:    Experience with all phases of systems development life cycle (SDLC) using agile methodologies  Adopt and communicate new concepts, ideas, techniques, and best practices  Excellent problem-solving skills  Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with peers, partners, and customers  Ability to develop and present technical concepts to a business audience  Prior experience with iterative development is a plus  Ability to rapidly learn technical/business techniques and disciplines  Strong commitment to high quality work and timely deliverables  HealthCare & Insurance Domain knowledge is a plus
