TITLE: Sr. Business Analyst with SailPoint (IDM)
LOCATION: Culver City, CA
DURATION: 11 months
Max Rate: $55/hr

Experience Required:
· Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT or related technical professions with Identity and Access Management field including SailPoint and other applications.
Preferred Skills:
· Expertise in SailPoint and SSO applications including knowledge of its various modules for analysis and design in existing functionality and future roadmap strategy
· Previous Entertainment Industry Work Experience
· PMP and/or CSM certification
· Process flow mapping, data conversion and interface design
· Strong interpersonal skills; strong relationship management and negotiation skills
· Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
· Strong communication skills - verbal, written, listening and presentation
· Strong process flow and diagramming skills (Visio application)
· Ability to facilitate business requirements and design review sessions with customers

Education
· Bachelor’s degree or related professional experience required
Computer Science or related Information Technology degree preferred
