We have urgent requirements  with our implementation for the below requirement.

Position:  SAP SD Functional with 3PL Experience

Location: New Jersey or Florida (Onsite role, no Remote)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Visa: Any except OPT/CPT

 

Preferred Qualifications:
 8+ years of Business Analysis experience

 Proven experience in the following areas:
o Business Analysis
o Defining a business case
o Elicit information from stakeholders
o Model requirements
o Validate solutions
o Project management
o  Working in Agile team
o Testing

 Knowledge in the following areas:
o SAP – Customer service, Logistics and 3 PL
o SAP – Material management
o Master Data concepts
 Experience with using SAP
 Strong collaboration, and process improvement skills to facilitate alignment across multiple global
geographies
 Ability to build internal and external relationships and operating across functional boundaries
 Experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement, involving broad-based information systems, utilizing tools and techniques to effect business change
 Ability to develop clear and detailed business requirements and design specifications that can be understood by other delivery teams and business partners
 Help product team understand business requirements and develop a solution
 Excellent analytical and problem solving, communication and presentation skills
 Ability to understand business strategy and needs and support the translation into application requirements
 Ability to create compelling business cases balancing business benefits and costs
 Excellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies
 Intellectual curiosity and the ability to question thought partners across functional areas
 Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations
 Strong understanding of basic system engineering, information risk and security guidelines and architecture standards
 Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
