Position: Site reliability engineer(devops) – 15yrs exp. needed

Location: Remote

Type: long term contract

Rate: open

Position summary:

On call experience and focus on managing large scale systems with high loads 24/7

Around 10+ years on Incident management/change management

3+ years’ experience monitoring with various tools like Grafana, NewRelic etc.

Support our SRE and engineering teams in their day to day and Build, enhance and maintain runbooks working with various teams cross-functionally

Thrive on automating processes as much as possible

Observability and Monitoring with services like Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic

Lead the on-call teams and processes to improve site reliability

Infrastructure as Code and Terraform, kubernetes

 

Focus is on Good Communication, Incident Management experience and around three years of experience in Monitoring and SRE tools primarily Terraform and Kubernetes. It will be very helpful if we can get some profiles with good hands-on experience in the Incident management. Some of the candidates who were able to clear the initial client evaluation actually had to work on incident management as part of their main support role but didn't work purely on incident management even for short span during their previous roles.
