8.Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with retail business partners to document use cases business processes and functional requirements aligned with strategic client initiatives
- Specify market and product requirements for current and future systems
- Translate use cases functional requirements and process flows into specific tangible prioritized system changes and acceptance criteria for sign-off by business partners
- Work with business and technical teams by asking detailed in-depth questions to gather necessary information to compose requirements
- Identify risks/gaps in business processes and recommend effective technical solutions
- Manage development story priorities and ensure requirements are communicated clearly to the development team
- Maintain knowledge of advanced web analytics methodologies such as experimentation and testing competitive analysis surveys and market research
- Develop test plans test cases test scripts and test reports on multiple projects of varying size
- Present analysis and insights to stakeholders/clients
Quality Analysis (Preferred)
- Test validate evaluate new application functions and determine issues in services and software
- Document issues found during testing and work with the development team to resolve software issues
- Contribute to thorough regression testing
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Develop user training documentation
- Assess deliverables to determine if solutions have fulfilled the requirements
- Stay current on best-in-class technology solutions
