Mandatory skills : AWS, Node/React, Microservices
Role : Sr. Java Architect(AWS, Node/React, Microservices)
Location : Seattle , WA
Duration: 12+ Months
Implementation Partner : TCS(Tata consultancy services)
Technical/Functional Skills:-
1. He has worked on Java technologies, worked on onshore offshore model, and can work as a technical coordinator
2. Have worked in SDLC with conventional tools like UML, visio etc.
3. However, do not have strong understanding of architecture patterns like GoF, so would not rely on him to do solutioning or large scale architecture work.
4. Some knowledge on Digital technologies such as microservices DevOps etc. but limited to basic knowledge. Has not worked on these technologies
5. Has worked in Agile, but still using old way of documentation, old processes etc. has not made use of new gen agile tools much.
Overall, if you have a architect community and you are looking for additional hands - you can consider him. But if the assignment is like solution design or architecture review - I would not recommend in that case.
Given the responsibilities, we would not recommend the candidate because of his limited exposure to AWS, Node/React.
