Position summary:

Job Requirements:

- Banking and payments domain knowledge is a must and with migration experience would be nice.

- Capture the requirements and convert into the documentations

- Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.

- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements and project updates

- Handson experience on using monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace

- Experience on platforms services such as Mule/Tibco/Datapower. - Nice to have.

- Leverage java, spring and AWS services to create, deploy and manage applications in a secure and scalable cloud environment.

- Ensure system reliability and availability by monitoring system issues, create strategies to detect issues, address those issues, Design systems to troubleshoot automatically, Write and review post-mortems

- Utilize statistical tools and techniques to explore and analyze data, identifying patterns, trends, and relationships

- Create visual representations of data findings through charts, graphs, and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders

- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to convey analytical results and support decision-making processes within the organization

- Work with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and assist them in making data-driven decisions. 

- Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement, proposing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

- Collaborate with IT and other departments to design and implement technology solutions that align with business goals

- Participate in testing new systems and processes to ensure they meet business requirements and function as intended

- Mitigate operational risks by Collaborate with development teams and other stakeholders to identify potential risks. 

- Provide technical support on batch job and file transfers issues during triages.

- Work within a hybrid model, balancing remote and on-site work to maximize productivity and collaboration.

 

Mandatory skills: AWS, Microservices, Banking Domain Expertise
