Job Description:
We are looking for very strong resources for our DE and analytics project to provide insights to the business covering a range of topics. Resources will be responsible for below skills;
· Expertise in advanced SQL and a good understanding of how relational database management systems work
· Microsoft Excel.
· Critical Thinking.
· Python– Statistical Programming and coding language skills using Python
· Presentation Skills.
Responsibilities
· Understand the day-to-day issues that our business faces, which can be better understood with data
· Compile and analyze data related to business' issues
· Develop clear visualizations to convey complicated data in a straightforward fashion
· Develop, construct, test and maintain architectures.
· Align architecture with business requirements.
· Data acquisition.
· Develop data set processes.
· Use programming language and tools.
· Identify ways to improve data reliability, efficiency and quality.
Qualifications
· PhD or Master's degree in Statistics or Applied Mathematics or equivalent experience
· 5+ years' Data Engineer experience
· Proficient in Advanced\ SQL

Data Analyst
Location – Fremont, CA
Key skills : Python , SQL, good communication skills ,Good with statistics & Bachelors or MS in statics or in any DE relevant courses
· Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
· Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies.
· Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
· Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes
· Excellent in advance SQL, ETL. Must understand relation and ER diagrams/normal forms. How to design, create, extend/iterate, manipulate, seed with realistic data/data exploration, create and optimize queries, operate at low scale and high scale.
· Experience in creation of data pipelines using Python. Python for data manipulation & transformation (python dictionaries, data frames, data stream, joins of all kinds, outside of SQL IDEs)
· Research skills – go figure it out and come back with working model. Pros/cons analysis skills
· Experience of utilizing above skills in data science related of projects.
· Strong work ethic, independent problem-solving skills, self-motivated, comfortable with startup culture
· Excellent and crisp communicator
· Has worked in data center domain & utilized his data science experience
· The key is good end to end understanding of data center operations & applying optimizations/automations using data science.
· Education – preferred MS/PHD candidates
