Job Responsibilities:
· Resource will be working on enhancement or development project
· Analysis, design, providing solution, coding, testing, QA support and implementation
· Review, analyze and modify system requirements for tasks including but not limited to coding, testing, debugging
· Consult with users to identify current operating procedures and clarify system objectives
· Prepare technical documentation
· Criteria coding for client
Skills and Experience Required:
· 7 - 10 years of experience in the software development field
· 5+ years of experience with PEGA with Certification- CLSA (Certified Lead System Architect)
· Ability to analyze functional needs and come up with technical design of quality technical solutions
Non-technical Skills:
· Must be able to work in a team environment and also independently
· Strong communication skills
Desired Skills:
· 2-4 Years of experience with Healthcare/PBM experience
