Role: Workday Security Consultant

Location: Detroit, MI

·         Support the development, operation and maintenance of Workday.

·         Provide support of Workday audits.

·         Collaborate with IT, Accounting’ and Finance Partners to identify and resolve of issues

·         Provide evaluation of potential system enhancements, upgrades, and/or system conversions.

·         Develop, operate, and support Workday in regards to maintaining controls and ensuring controls are in place for all aspects for audits.

·         Serve as technical point of contact ensuring data integrity, system security and maintenance, system modifications, system audits and recommendations for process changes.

·         Identify patterns and anomalies in data in order to spot potential data integrity issues.

 

Skills and Experience You Will Need:

 

Required:

·         3+ years’ of Workday experience focusing on Security and Configuration

·         Ability to analyze and identify security threats and concerns

·         Maintain data integrity

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

Desired:

·         Experience with Jira, Service Now, SQL

 

Education:

·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

 

 

Role: Sr. Software Engineer - Workday

Location: Detroit, MI

What You Will Do:

 

·         Manage and successfully deliver key components of Workday payroll development: identification of business requirements, functional and process design, prototype development, testing, and knowledge transfer

·         Provides Workday product and implementation

·         Lead Workday payroll software implementations

·         Consult with client to further improve product capabilities

·         Design, communicate and execute full SDLC

·         Lead Workday payroll implementations

·         Advise on additional cloud strategy and technology options.

 

Skills and Experience You Will Need:

 

Required:

·         5-7 years of Workday implementation

·         Experience designing and implementing technology-enabled HCM/Payroll business solutions

·         Strong oral and written presentation and communication skills required.

·         Team oriented with an ability and strong desire to mentor less experienced consultants.

·         Excellent listening skills to fully understand the customer requirements

·         Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

 

Desired:

·         Knowledge of Benefits/Time Tracking

 

Education:

·         Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent Workday HCM and Payroll Certification desired
