Detailed Job Description
- 5+ years of Experience with Software Development Job family.
- Strong development skills using Genesys PSDK and understanding of Genesys components
- Strong core Java with Proficiency in one or more programming languages with hands on Java/J2EE/Spring Framework & REST Web service Implementation experience.
- Understanding of architecture and design principles across all systems
- Working proficiency in developmental toolsets such as Eclipse/Intellij, Jenkins/CI, GIT, Maven build
- Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals.
- Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvement
- Work with distributed teams, conduct software analysis, involve actively in developing technical designs, develop, test, debug, write automated tests, deliver and maintain highly scalable and distributed applications using Java & J2EE.
- 2+ years of Experience with Genesys Frameworks
- Experience on Genesys Workforce Management application.
- Good Understanding of Genesys IWD solution with Hands on experience in Genesys rules system (GRDT, GRAT) , Rules Orchestration
- Understanding Message driven design with Messaging - JMS, Apache Kafka and adopt cloud technologies
- TDD - Must have practical experience with unit testing with preference given to those with an understanding of Testing Frameworks like Junit, AssertJ, and Mockito.
Mandatory skills:
JAVA, J2EE, Genesys PSDK Development, GAX, Rules System, Oracle DB, Window and Linux Server
