Role: Scrum Master with Airline/Aerospace

Location: Everett, WA

Duration : Long Term Contract

Interview Mode : Face 2 Face on weekend

Client : Boeing (HCL)

 

Job description:

 

Must have Airline/Aerospace Exp.

Minimum of 10 years of IT experience is required

·         Minimum 5 years of Agile experience is also a must

·         Should have handled minimum of TWO projects as a Scrum Master with all required ceremonies

·         Should be a certified Scrum Master

·         Having SAFe knowledge is an added advantage

·         Should be familiar with both Kanban process and Agile metrices

·         Should be well versed with at least one ALM tool like TFS, JIRA, etc.,

·         Should have excellent written and communication skills

Should be able to independently guide the team on all activities like Daily stand-up, User Story and Acceptance Criteria writing, User Story de-composition, Planning poker, capacity planning, backlog refinement, Tracking of effort of team on a daily basis and reporting metrices, etc.,
