Job Description:
· Bachelor’s in computer science or related major with 10+ years of CRM development experience
· Experience in DevOps must
· Develop tools and framework to improve operational efficiency and anomaly detection in the current CICD framework.
· Design and scale environment to make applications/tools resilient to infrastructure instabilities
· Configure CI pipeline in various environments
· Enable business and product partners to fully leverage our platform
The Skills You Bring
· Knowledgeable in standard functions/ modules of Salesforce.com: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud
· Demonstrated experience with Force.com development platform
· Demonstrated experience of full Software Development Life Cycle, DevOps, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Development.
· Proficient with CI/CD and related tools e.g. Ansible, Git, Maven Ant Jenkins Groovy in Dev, QA, Staging, and Prod environments.
· Experience with Application build and deploy using Continuous Integration/ Deployment (CI/CD) tools - Jenkins and Salesforce DX.
· Knowledgeable in Salesforce APIs, Apex Triggers, Classes, Callouts, SOQL, Workflow Rules, Approvals, Visual Flow, Process Builder and Platform events.
· Expertise in understanding Development standard processes. Branching & Environment Strategy
· Knowledge of RESTful API and micro services development along with Salesforce API integration
· Demonstrated experience of Salesforce.com administration and end user security requirements
· Experience with large scale system implementation, integration, interfaces, and data conversion
· Experience in using efficient methodologies (e.g. Agile) and driving development platforms
