Position summary:

 

We are seeking a DevOps / Data Engineer with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in GCP DevOps Engineering and will work in a hybrid model.

This role involves analyzing business requirements, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless integration of DevOps practices.

The position does not require travel and operates during day shifts.

8.Responsibilities :

- Analyze and interpret complex business requirements to develop effective solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and technical capabilities.

- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

- Implement and manage GCP DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment processes.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of DevOps tools and methodologies to ensure continuous improvement.

- Develop and maintain documentation for business processes, systems, and workflows.

- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and understanding of project goals.

- Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in DevOps engineering.

- Provide training and support to team members on DevOps tools and practices.

- Oversee the integration of new technologies and tools into existing systems.

- Lead efforts to automate processes and reduce manual intervention in workflows.

- Ensure the security and integrity of data throughout the development and deployment lifecycle.

 

-Qualifications

- Possess a strong background in GCP DevOps Engineering with at least 8 years of relevant experience.

- Demonstrate expertise in implementing and managing DevOps practices in a hybrid work model.

- Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.

- Show proficiency in using DevOps tools and methodologies to optimize development processes.

- Have a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

- Display strong communication skills to facilitate effective stakeholder engagement.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices in DevOps engineering.

- Demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor team members in adopting DevOps practices.
