Job Title: Teradata Developer / ETL Developer

Location:  Richardson, TX

Duration: 12 months.

 

Job description:

·Strong experience in designing , developing and supporting Data warehouse applications using Teradata

·Strong experience in  developing complex  Teradata Scripts for the data load using BETQ ,FAST EXPORT, MULTI LOAD, TPUMP and FASTLOAD.

·Experience in reengineering the existing system and processes to achieve the changes in functional as well as performance goals .

·Experience in Performance tuning, including collect stats, analyzing explain plan and take appropriate actions for the optimal  performance.  

·Experience in developing Unix shell scripts..

· Knowledge in Informatica is preferred.

·Should be capable coordinating with multiple teams across geographies to achieve the project goals in a time bound manner.

·Good analytical ,debugging and troubleshooting skills

·Experience in using job scheduling tools, preferably Control-M   

· Good communication skills
