Position: Business Analyst
Location: Cedar Rapids, IA
Duration: 6 Months + C2C
Life/Annuity Experience Mandatory.
Job Description:
• Resolve offshore queries/Obstacles by interacting with right client stakeholders
• Experience in other insurance (P&C) Documents
• Experience in implementing large life and Annuity transformation projects end-to-end.
• E2 Level knowledge in Life/Annuity Document requirements and Life/ Annuity Document trigger points
• Experience in Document Data element mapping between source and target
• Experience in Print and mailroom operations and business process.
• Experience in leading a large team, client interaction and offshore coordination
• Experience in working in Agile environment, daily scrums and sprint planning
• Experience in writing epics and user stories
• Identify requirement gaps and work with clients to resolve the gaps
