We have urgent requirements with our implementation for the below requirement.
NOTE: C2C first 6 months and after that C2H with the client.
C2C is fine, If the candidate is on C2C, then you would have to provide the C2H subcontractor consent form signed by the employer.
SQL Server DBA
Location Dallas TX REMOTE
Visa: GC USC EAD
C2H after 6 months
Rate: $55/hr C2H
Mandatory need 10+ years
Experience conducting performance tuning on databases larger than 30 TB to deliver sub-second response time while applying OS tuning, SQL profiles, and baseline and optimizing Access Paths and Joins tools and techniques.
• Experience performing logical and physical data modeling for code review and code deployment in production and non-production environments with minimum defects.
• Demonstrated experience managing Windows based servers running in a VMware virtualized environment.
• Experience administering server related technologies.
• Experience supporting Windows Server 2008 and above.
• Experience performing basic VMWare tasks, applying security and standard configurations during the deployment of servers.
• Experience working in a consulting environment.
• Experience in setting up maintenance plans, automated backups, recovery. Able to schedule regular performance monitoring on DB objects.
• Experience in setting up DB replication, mirroring, log shipping and Always-On Availability groups across multiple data entries.
• Able to design, develop tables, indexes, views, stored procedures, function, triggers and other DB object
• Expertise in creating SSIS packages with dynamic variable assignment from the SQL jobs
• Experience in setting up SSRS reports, deploying them to assign automatically
• Certifications in the following: Oracle Database 12c, Oracle Database 11g, Oracle SQL Tuning for Developers, MTA Database, MCSA: SQL Server 2012/2014, MCSA: SQL 2016 BI Development, MCSA: SQL 2016 Database Administration, MCSA: SQL 2016 Database Development, MCSE: Data Management and Analytics, AWS/AZURE Database operations
