Location : San Antonio, TX
Duration: Long term
Job Description:
7-9 year of experience in IBM Infosphere Datastage.
Job Duties:
• Experience in building data flows to/from Operational Data Stores for individual applications using Datastage or other similar commercial ETL tools
• Experience in Large Data Warehouse projects and with large volumes of data
• Excellent understanding of highly normalized, relational, and dimensional data models
• Extensive experience in data profiling and data quality analysis
• Experience with data migrations and planning
• Solid hands-on experience in using IBM DataStage
• Understand DataStage clustering architecture and parallel jobs
• Able to create reusable objects and job templates
• Ability to perform Data Analysis and communicate results in business friendly terms
• Understanding of Data Quality management and exception handling
• Schedule, compile, and run DataStage jobs efficiently
