Project Manager candidates must have experience managing Radiology/Healthcare Projects. Healthcare experience is not enough. They must have Radiology experience.

The Project Implementation Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including understanding and prioritizing product and customer requirements, overseeing the design and construction activities, and working closely with Radiology Operations,  IT and Software development and product teams. The Product Implementation Manager's job includes ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals and will manage multiple customer implementation utilizing a standard delivery framework. The Product Implementation Manager will promote common understanding of timelines, milestones, and status in order to align internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Executes the implementation and rollout of the product development strategy and roadmap
• Responsible for end-to-end management of assigned implementations. Lead, manage, and drive to successful completion of each assignment.
• Create, update, and maintain applicable product delivery artifacts (i.e. project plans, configuration worksheets, issue/risk logs, financials, status reports, and change log).
• Lead all project activities and assigned resources to keep the team motivated, focused, and delivering high-quality results on time.
• Breaks down barriers and shields the team from impediments precluding team members from making progress.
• Develop end-to-end plans and schedules to enable the delivery of agreed upon products and services; ensure objectives of the engagement and any associated agreements are met.
• Partner with (internal and external) stakeholders to effectively define and manage scope and requirements, applying appropriate change management practices where required.
• Develop and distribute weekly status reports; conduct regular, agenda-driven status meetings with the "working" team and ensure sponsors stay informed with accurate, timely information to make decisions.
• Prepare materials for Executive and Customer reviews.
• Seek out and obtain sign-offs for milestones, stage gates, and key deliverables.
• Discover, diagnose and overcome issues and risks; facilitate resolution to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage customer and/or vendor relationships, tasks, and deliverables.
• Support continuous improvement efforts.
• May require minor travel from time to time.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education, Skills, and Abilities

• 7+ years of experience as a project or product manager with a track record of driving initiatives to successful completion in a medium to large corporate environment.
• Experienced and skilled at both iterative Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to lead a cross-functional team including business and IT professionals.
• Self-directed with strong personal initiative and accountability. Ability to independently deliver against all job accountabilities.
• Proven ability to counsel, influence and find win-win compromise solutions and motivate diverse project teams to achieve stated results.
• Team player, comfortable with fast paced, changing environment and ambiguity.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to concurrently manage multiple engagements, implementations, priorities, and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written) with the ability to lead and influence colleagues and stakeholders (up, down, and across the entire organization) both in person and via remote collaboration tools (WebEx, video conferencing, etc.).
• Experienced in customer relationship management to establish clear lines of communication, set appropriate expectations and achieve customer satisfaction
• Problem-solver with critical thinking and deductive reasoning skills, including conflict management/resolution skills.
• Process development and implementation experience with a strong technical aptitude and analysis skills.
• Proficient in using the MS Office Suit with strong working knowledge of MS Project.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably with emphasis on Computer Science or related field; or equivalent, relevant work experience.
• PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) - Preferred
• Agile Certified Practitioner or Scrum Master - Preferred
• Master's degree (MBA) - Preferred
• Experience in the healthcare – Preferred
