Sr. Business Process Analyst

Location: Plano, TX or ability to travel ½ time

Duration: Long Term

The candidate for the above-captioned position should exhibit the following requirements:- 

• Manage requirements for HR work stream of clients Integration, with a particular focus processes during the transition, most notably the manual or "Swivel" chair option.
• Function areas include hire to retire lifecycle, recruiting, payroll and benefits.
• Author and own Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) in areas related to HR, including Payroll and Benefits. Define and participate in end to end testing.

Immediate Responsibility: 

• Work with stakeholders to define, document and get agreement on business processes for HR during transition.
• HR experience highly desirable, but not essential.
• Experience in documenting business processes with process flows (swim lanes)
• Experience in conducting workshops with stakeholders
• Experience with both manual and automated processes
• Handle tight timelines
• Author and maintain Business Requirements Document (BRD)
