Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: San Diego, CA
Contract Length: 12+ months with strong possibility of extension or permanent placement(this depends on the client needs and performance basis)

Rate: $40/hr on 1099/C2C

Only US Citizen or GC Holder or H1B(Need copy for submission)

Business Analyst
Position is on site located in Downtown San Diego

Skills Required:
Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development
Knowledge of SQL Server database, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS is a plus

Required Education and Qualifications:
Typically a technical Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 6 years related experience or a Master’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience.
Bachelor's Degree or Master’s degree in a Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
Experience working for a Consulting Services organization
Experience working with State or Local government a plus.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a time critical environment
Must excel in an agile / iterative development environment.
