Job Description/Responsibilities
• SRE strives to keep production systems running and while they are running, make them reliable. This requires two skills: one, to perform service restoration activities by acting as call quarterback, scribe, or technical expert; and two, to learn the systems we support, to apply monitoring and observability tools and organization, to apply engineering and troubleshooting services including problem solving skills, to work with vendors and external teams to achieve M&O and responsiveness, and to learn new technologies and support systems as matter of implementing these goals
