Financial Services experience would be a huge plus 6 years minimum (seasoned Java/Tech Lead) - Spring integration, security, boot, messaging is important - Focus on building the API’s - Rest based API is what they build, so rest is desired - Junit, cucumber- a lot of emphasis on testing Code quality and testing is important Phone Screen then in person interview is absolutely required
