Job Description

 

Areas of specialization:

M365 SharePoint Online with Minimum 2+ Years of SharePoint Online development experience including:

• Understanding of SharePoint architecture/topology
• Site Structures and Templates
• Security and Permissions
• Out of the box limitations, configurations and features
• Modern UI based development using SPFx
• Microsoft Search
• Power Platforms – Power Apps / Power Automate

• Microsoft 365 - SharePoint Online Custom Development using SPFx & OOTB implementation (Mandatory)
• Microsoft PowerApps / Power Automate
• As a SharePoint Developer, you are responsible for implementing the system design into SharePoint solution by development
• Strong customer interaction skills and ability to understand and document customer needs from a business solutions perspective
• The candidate should have minimal of 3 years of development experience in Application development, maintenance and support type projects
• Understand and implement QA procedures (Code review, Estimating, Peer review, Impact Analysis, Root cause analysis, etc.)
• Proven ability to deliver SharePoint projects on time, on budget and while meeting customer specifications
• Ability to address issues in performance, scalability and manageability in programming efforts
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with existing SharePoint web applications and sites
• Provide technical and project guidance to development team members
• Communicate and enforce best practice design and coding standards
• Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
• SharePoint knowledge should include hands on experience on building solution design, information architecture, build solutions using app model, build re-usable components, migration from legacy platforms to SharePoint using tool/upgrade
• Create qualified installation, deployment manuals in accordance to business requirements
• Extensive understanding of enterprise portals, enterprise search, collaboration tools, document and content management, and forms-based business process is required
• Hands on development using Apps, Web Parts, Site Collections, Content Deployment, Excel Services, Business Data Catalogs, Site Columns, Content Types, Authorizations, Advanced Search, Master pages and Content pages, Search settings and workflows, InfoPath forms to accomplish business needs
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft.NET and web technologies is also required (e.g. HTML 5, Angular JS, Bootstrap, Node JS, ASP.NET, C#, XML, CSS, HTML, Web Services, WCF, SQL, JSON, jQuery etc.)
• Working experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2019, 2016, 2013 and O365 (SharePoint 2013 /2016 / 2019 & Office 365 Suite (leveraging Graph, Delve, Planner, One Drive, Sway and Video features)
• K2 Forms / Workflows based development experience is a definite plus
• Strong knowledge and experience with PowerShell
• Candidate shall be familiar with ITIL process.
