Role: Alteryx Production Support Resource

Location : Pittsburgh Pennsylvania (Onsite)

Type : Contract

RATE- $40/HR ON C2C

                                                                   

Skill Needed:    

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• 5-8 years application support experience.
• Proficient in Java development & troubleshooting
• Proficient in Linux, Windows platforms
• Proficient in RMDBS and noSQL databases
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk, Promethesus

Job Description:

• Associate will be responsible for providing production support for enterprise critical platforms.
• Responsibilities include :
• Incident and problem management.
• cross functional management to ensure tasks are completed on time
• vulnerability management.  Ensure vulnerability are reported and remediated on time.
• Release management.  Support release planning, implementation and post-production support
• Monitoring.  Ensure production applications are fully instrumented with monitoring and proactive alerting.
• Incident Management.  Ensure incidents are managed across teams, communicated and resolved by SLA.
