• Strong practical development/deployment knowledge of VisualForce, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Apex Web services (SOAP/REST), and APIs
• Advanced Salesforce user and administrator skills (including using permissions, roles, profile, queues, security setup, views, and page layouts).
• Ability to maintain and create workflows, and approval processes within Salesforce.com
• Experience of integrating AppExchange applications within Salesforce.com organization
• Worked with Agile Development, SCRUM, or Extreme Programming methodologies
• Exposure to client communication, preferably international clients
• Fluent in communication (English) written and verbal as well as keen listening skills
• Comfortable working in teams as well as independently
• Ability to coordinate between cross functional teams
