Java Full Stack with AWS Developer

McLean, VA (Remote till March 15th then onsite based on situation)

Long Term Contract

Start Date ASAP

 

USC/GC/EAD Only

 

10+ years of hands on experience building software applications using Java/J2EE technology in an enterprise scale  application environment and strong proven experience in developing on AWS is a must using cloud-native programming languages, Kubernetes, Docker, Istio

• Proven knowledge across a broad spectrum of Web technologies (HTML, CSS, Ajax/JavaScript, JSP, Angular and web services)
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and experience in building Micro Services / APIs to be exposed internally and externally with highest performance levels
• Strong work ethic and ability to work under no supervision and be the technical voice in the room
• Experience with DB2/UDB database, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• Ability to take business requirements and define functional and design specifications, and create prototypes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skill
