Job Title : Windows System Administrator
Location : Nashville, TN
Duration : 12+Months Contract

 

Rate : 27/hr on C2C

 

Any visa is fine !!

 

Required Skills:
Must have a thorough understanding of Active Directory as well as hands-on experience in managing user accounts, containers, objects and using group policy objects (GPOs)
Experience in staging Windows servers (preferably in a data center environment)
Experience in working with hard disk imaging/cloning products such as Ghost or Acronis
Must have strong communication abilities and well-developed customer interaction skills
Needs the ability to create an IT solution given a set of customer requirements
Must possess highly-developed troubleshooting skills
Ability to follow specific instructions, policies and procedures
Experience in using a service desk ticketing application such as BMC Remedy or HP Service Manager
Must possess a strong sense of ownership for assigned issues and focus to efficiently carry issues through to timely resolution / completion
Should be able to describe complex issues in simple language and concepts
Ability to lead a meeting of peers or customers including ability to create presentations with products like Microsoft PowerPoint
Ability to create and maintain HP and customer documentation
