GRT Corporation is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to fill a position as Salesforce Architect for our client in Franklin Lakes, NJ. The client is an American Fortune 100 health services company.

• Years of Experience – 12-15 years
• Mandatory Skills – 7+ years’ hands on experience in developing and architecting Salesforce solutions in Sales & Service clouds
• Ability to architect large scale technology solutions primarily using all of the Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud best practices
• Ability to review technical solutions and provide alternate solutions to ensure best practices are adhered to
• Engage periodically with key technology partners to plan for sufficient capacity and to be aware of upcoming new features / provide guidance (relevance and timeframe) to customer of those features and benefits
• Suggest new processes/application features which optimize technical operations and/or increase user engagement/adoption
• The candidate will need to be dynamic and an excellent communicator working across multiple teams of the department with sound knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Service cloud implementations
• Strong knowledge with developing, designing, and optimization of Salesforce Sales and Service cloud implementations
• Strong experience in interacting with client and owning delivery in an onsite/offshore model
• Certification as Salesforce Application Architect and/or Salesforce System Architect desired
• Strong written and oral communication skills are required
