Experience/Skills:
· 1 – 2+ years relevant experience working with SFDC in some capacity supporting sales, marketing or service
· SFDC – Field Service Lightning +Plus
· SAP or other ERP systems - query / data mining / database management experience + Plus
· Good documentation skills / detail orientated
· Training skills
· Multi-tasker/Team player
· High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
· Knowledge of medical device industry, clinical laboratories a plus
· Customer service driven.
· Proven Problem Solving knowledge and experience.
· In‐depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC and have successfully expanded on those capabilities through the use of custom code (Apex, s‐controls) and/or integration with external systems mainly SAP.

· Middleware and Integration experience is a plus.
