Job Description:
He / she should have knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban, XP). Experience in executing projects in both Agile as well as Waterfall Methods. Tools utilized in the projects include SharePoint, Rally, JIRA, Octane, Radar, TFS, Microsoft Project Plan etc.
Required Qualifications:
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Los
Angeles, CA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require
travel in the US.
·
The candidate should be willing to
work across time zones to coordinate with teams spread across EST/CST, PST and
IST timezones.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an
accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive
experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 12 years of Information Technology experience with
minimum 3 years project management experience
• Strong program management skills in delivery of digital
transformation programs
· Strong hands on in delivering agile projects, use of ALM tools such as Jira
· Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams

Required Qualifications:
· The candidate should have strong project management experience in handling digital projects.
· The candidate should have sound understanding of high level technical building blocks required for project execution.
· Should be from IT background with experience in executing end to end project life cycle using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
· Guides and coaches the Scrum Team on use of Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers.
· Good knowledge on digital landscape and web based applications
· Certified Scrum master or PMP or Safe agilest. - Any one of the recognized project management certifications.
· Gets team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate trainings and development techniques.
· Responsible for ensuring team should understood the Scrum and adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.
· Coaches the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge and communicates effectively, both internally and externally working within the Scrum team.
· Works with Teams, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams.
· Resolves team impediments with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.
· Works with Agile coaches and other Scrum Masters to grow within the role.
· Contributes to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization
· Facilitate and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
· Acts as a leader who coaches and supports Agile teams assigned to mainly Business as Usual (BAU) work and to a lesser degree, important department initiatives and applicable portions of corporate projects and initiatives.
· Experience in XP, Pair Programming are nice to have
· Strong communication and Analytical skills.
· Prior experience in Java, SpringBoot & React Js skills are nice to have.
· Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
·
Experience and desire to work in a
Global delivery environment (Onsite and offshore coordination)
