Position summary:

Looking for senior Oracle DBAs to manage Development and production support for medium to large database estates. 1. Oracle DBA with 6 to 10 years of experience and technical certification is mandatory 2. Experience in performance tuning on large terabyte size of databases in OLTP/DW systems 3. Good knowledge of Oracle query engine performance tuning/sql coding best practices advanced oracle concepts including RAC/ASM/Dataguard etc. 4. Server provisioning 5. Disaster backup and recovery of the Oracle database. 6. Database security and PSU patching 7. Implementing partitions for large tables 8. Good knowledge of ITIL processes 9. Shell/perl scripting knowledge. 10.Good skills on High Availability ( RAC DataGuard ASM Golden Gate...) 11 Technical certification (OCP OCA OCM OCE) 12.Implementation of 12c/18c/19c new features and DB migration/upgrade 13.Knowledge in DB management on exdatamachines 14.Experience in Golden gate configuration and administration. 15.Knowledge in any cloud platforms like Azure/OCI The DBA should possess the following non-technical skills 1. Excellent communication skills with client leads development teams systems administrators and other related service providers. 2. Explore automation opportunities 3. mentoring junior DBAs This is an L3/4 core technical Oracle DBA requirement with exposure on Development and production support for medium to large database estates.
