 Role: Business Analyst (Property & Casualty Insurance)

Location: Whitehouse Station, NJ

Skills Required:

Property & Casualty domain , product implementations , Modernization , COTS platforms ,

 

 Qualifications:

·         Should have 10 + years of experience in P&C and at least 4 + years in IT in role of business analyst/ business consultant

·         Should have experience in leading requirements and business solutions for end to end transformation in Property & Casualty domain

·         Should have experience of designing / defining business processes in a consultative capacity

·         Should demonstrate experience in conducting harmonisation sessions in workshop format across large group of customer stakeholders

·         Should demonstrate experience in handling presentations to senior management in customer stakeholders

·         Experience in both digital and core systems transformation ( any product implementations, Modernization ) and exposure to COTS platforms in P&C  space

·         Should have excellent communication skills ( both oral and written), Analytical thinking and problem solving 

·         Should possess basic knowledge of Architecture ( Logical) and principles and appreciation of technologies like Mainframe, Cloud

·         Preferred to have a candidate with Management graduation ( though not a must) from a reputed management institute; Professional certifications from AINS, CPCU etc
